The School of Economics and Political Sciences (SEP) is one of the nine (9) Schools of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and consists of eight (8) individual Departments:

• Economics

• Political Science and Public Administration

• Communication and Mass Media

• Turkish Studies and Modern Asian Studies

• Sociology

• Business and Organizational Management

• Port and Shipping Management

• Digital Arts and Cinema

The School actively contributes to the international recognition of the University, through modern Study Programs that cover a wide range of scientific fields and offer students all the necessary resources for their academic and professional development.

The School's Departments organize a multitude of quality Postgraduate Study Programs, either independently or in collaboration with Departments of other Schools of the National University of Athens or other Universities.

At the same time, the School's experienced and reputable teaching and research staff actively participates in international scientific developments through research activities that produce and disseminate new knowledge.

With respect to the academic character and historical tradition of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and with the benefit of society as a whole in mind, the School of Public Administration is constantly evolving and improving the quality of its educational and research work, actively contributing to the national development effort.
